You can collect your items from Castletown, Isle of Man free of charge.

Parcels are sent using Isle of Man Post Office. Our shipping dispatch time is 3-4 working days for ready-to-ship items. Bespoke orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days, once the piece is complete.

At checkout, product/destination depending, you can select either ‘standard’ or ‘signed for’ postage.

‘Standard’ – (usually the cheaper option) does not have a tracking facility.

‘Signed for’ – (usually the more expensive option) does have a tracking facility and we would recommend you select this option.

Once the parcel enters the postage system, any missing parcels are out of our control. We would recommend that you contact the Isle of Man Post Office for further advice.

If your destination is not included on the dropdown at checkout, please contact us to discuss postage costs.

Duty/taxes

Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for the payment of any customs fees or additional charges. 

Correct address details

Please ensure you enter the correct address at the checkout. We are not liable for any item sent to the wrong address because of an incorrect address given. 

Items returned to us by Isle of Man Post Office.

Any item returned to sender (us) by the courier, we will contact you. If, required, you will be refunded for the item minus the postage costs and administration charges. Alternatively, we can resend the item to you at an additional postage cost.
