Returns and refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Items will only be accepted for return if they are returned to us within 21 days of delivery.

Returned items should not be used, worn or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging, including any documentation. Providing the item is received in this condition, a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge will be processed.

Please kindly note that we do not accept returns on items which have been personalised or custom made for you. These items have been made to your specifications or size. We do not accept returns on sale items. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.

Returning your item to us
To return your order, please email us at hello@underthesea.im, we will reply to you with our shipping details. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product – these costs are non-refundable.

We strongly advise that you use a trackable and signed for shipping service when returning your order to ensure that it reaches us. We also recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures you for the value of the goods.
