Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?
No. Creating an account allows you to keep a track of your orders, but you may also checkout as a guest.

How will my order be delivered?
There are a couple of options:

You can collect your item from Castletown, Isle of Man for free, regardless of the total cost of your order.

If the items cost a combined value of less than £50, you can have the item posted to you or direct to the recipient via the Isle of Man Post Office ‘Standard’ service. Please note that this service does not have a tracking facility so we are not able to track/trace missing parcels.

Alternatively, you may wish to opt for the Isle of Man Post Office ‘Signed For’ service. There is a tracking facility on this service.

If you wish to have your items posted that are over the combined cost of £50, they will be sent via the Isle of Man Post Office ‘Signed For’ service.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day from the date that your order was placed.

Bespoke orders will be shipped via the same method mentioned above, once the piece is complete.

What if I need to return an order?
We pride ourselves in satisfying our customers. We accept returns on all full price ‘ready-to-ship’ orders, providing your item has not been used, worn or damaged. You will need to contact us within 14 days after you have received your order to be eligible for a refund.

Please kindly note that we do not accept returns on items which have been personalised or custom made for you. These items have been made to your specifications or size. We do not accept returns on sale items. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.

Postage
Parcels are sent using Isle of Man Post Office services. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day from the date that your order was placed. Bespoke orders will be shipped via the same method once the piece is complete.

Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
